Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker: mustard seeds are stone ground, which preserves all the flavour of the paste. Special attention is paid to preserving and protecting the environment: recycling and recovery of our waste, treatment of our effluents, etc.

Marc Désarménien, grandson of Edmond Fallot, is now at the head of the company. Around twenty employees help to ensure the quality of production.
