Numerous products exists that share in the name of « mustard » even though their composition and manufacture are extremely different, and for which the regulations specify the names and descriptions. The FALLOT Company offers three main mustard types
Dijon mustard, white, strong or extra strong, obtained by blending black or brown seeds with verjuice.
Old-fashioned mustard, in which whole seeds are blended directly with verjuice, spices and herbs.
Flavoured mustards, with subtle flavours produced by combining original, high-quality products.
