Our raw materials are rigorously checked before use.

We especially check the mustard essence content (essential to ‘bite’) in the seed at every delivery.

A traceability system (ability to trace the entire history of a product through controls carried out, raw materials used) enables us to trace back to all the ingredients incorporated in the end product.
