THE FRANCE YEAR IN CHINA
Mustard is not exclusive to Burgundy! Did you know that in fact,
three thousand years ago, the Chinese already grew several species
of mustard? It is true that mustard goes very well with Asian
dishes!
So in 2005, the France year in China, why join the event by
adding an Asian touch to your cooking: try it yourself, and
you'll see that mustard goes with all sorts of dishes! If you
feel like it, give your taste buds something different by trying
out some new tastes, and it may well take you back to the roots
of cuisine!!! |
