150克重的牛里脊肉 4块
紫衣胡萝卜 1支
柠檬(榨汁用) 1个
胡萝卜 200克
橙汁 500毫升
盐,胡椒,牛肉汁,细香葱开的花,费洛(FALLOT)黑加仑子味芥末酱,橄榄油,百里香适量

将胡萝卜洗净后去皮并削成小块后入锅与500毫升的橙汁同煮,加盐,并用粉碎机打成胡萝卜泥
另将紫衣胡萝卜带皮洗净,拌入一个柠檬榨取的汁,百里香,盐,胡椒和少许橄榄油放入预热为180摄氏度的烤箱,烤15分钟,烤熟后再斜切
煎牛里脊肉,根据您的意愿决定肉的生熟程度,将煎好的牛里脊肉装盘(请参照图片),并在里脊肉上放上用两个小勺做成橄榄形状的费洛(FALLOT)黑加仑子味芥末酱和几小块紫衣胡萝卜作点缀
另在盘中放入用两个大汤勺做成大橄榄形状的橙味胡萝卜泥,几朵细香葱开的花,一小段紫衣胡萝卜,一勺牛肉汁后即可享用
