SERLUT第2号生蚝 8只
RATTE(品种为形状瘦长的)小马铃薯 8只
鲜奶油 250毫升
细香葱 1把
GRANY SMITH苹果 1只
PITACOU金橘 4只
盐,酸葡萄汁,金橘酱适量

1 在锅里加入RATTE小马铃薯,水和少许盐,将马铃薯煮熟
2 将生蚝打开后清洗蚝肉
3 将鲜奶油打发后加入少量酸葡萄汁和细香葱丁,加盐调味
4 把苹果切成火柴大小的细棒
5 装盘(请参照图片)在马铃薯上放调味后的尚帝伊掼奶油并插上苹果细棒作点缀
6 在盘中另放少许金橘酱和Pitacou金橘后即可享用
