鲑鱼肉 4大块
火葱又名红葱头 4只
干白葡萄酒 3汤勺
费洛(FALLOT)罗勒味芥末酱 3汤勺
液体状鲜奶油 100毫升
罗勒叶切细,粗盐,胡椒适量

将鲑鱼块用盐和胡椒调味,将火葱去衣用刀剁碎
把费洛(FALLOT)罗勒味芥末酱 与鲜奶油调匀
平底锅中放入小许 橄榄油加热,先将鲑鱼块放入锅中煎制,再放入剁碎的火葱,并淋入干白葡萄酒后继续加热
直至锅内的干白葡萄酒大部分挥发后,加入调有费洛(FALLOT)罗勒味芥末酱的鲜奶油,切细的罗勒叶然后离火
所有食材装盘(请参照图片),此道菜可配米饭享用
