鲜橙(去皮去衣,单取橙肉) 1只
柠檬(去皮去衣,单取柠檬果肉) 1只
鲜红柚(去皮去衣,单取柚子肉) 1只
以费洛(FALLOT)龙蒿芥末酱调制的蛋黄酱 1汤勺
芦笋 2 支
小黄瓜 4条
小红洋葱 4只
盐,胡椒,黄油,初榨橄榄油,琉璃苣花适量

将柠檬,橙,红柚的果肉切成小段
把烫熟后的淡水龙虾肉与蛋黄酱一起搅拌
将芦笋根切薄片后拌入水果肉
把芦笋尖用日式切片器竖切成极薄的芦笋薄片,将虾尾肉与虾钳肉与芦笋薄片包在一起(请参照图片)装盘,并在一旁放上水果块和小黄瓜与小红洋葱,最后加上琉璃苣花作点缀,即可享用
